5. What is a form? Give the various types of forms.

6. Differentiate between system testing and user acceptance testing.
7. Briefly explain the three levels of quality assurance.

8. Write a note on data dictionary.
9. What do you mean by pay back analysis ? How is it calculated ?
10. What do you mean by user training? How important it is ?
